Shoreline Instructional Child Care Online Application

Shoreline Christian School admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its education policies, admission policies, athletic, and other school administered programs.

This is the Initial Application for the following student(s) at Shoreline Christian School and Instructional Child Care for the 2011-2012 school year.

1. 1. The registration fee is $100 per student. A curriculum/materials fee is due with the remainder of the Registration Packet. Any student new to the school (including siblings of current students) must submit an entire Registration Packet.
2. 2. The registration fee and the curriculum/materials fee are both non-refundable.
3. 3. The tuition payments are scheduled so that no tuition payment is paid in February. This facilitates the payment of the re-enrollment and curriculum/materials fees during the re-enrollment period for the following school year.
4. 4. Each family must complete and submit all forms required in the Registration Packet.
